Corne Uys

Cheetahs centre Corne Uys remains one of South Africa's most consistent top- flight performers.
A strong ball carrier and determined defender, Uys starred for the Free State Union during their highly successful 2009 Currie Cup campaign. Playing alongside Jacques-Louis Potgieter and Meyer Bosman, Uys helped the Cheetahs go all the way to the final - where only a narrow defeat to the Bulls prevented them winning the domestic title.
Uys made his Super rugby debut for the Stormers in 2007.
