A strong ball carrier and determined defender, Uys starred for the Free State Union during their highly successful 2009 Currie Cup campaign. Former Stormers centre Dylan des Fountain grew up in the Cape but began his professional career with the Bulls in Pretoria.
An exciting ball carrier, Des Fountain is a classic outside centre but has also played a number of times on the wing at the top level.

Powerful young centre Braam Gerber is currently cutting his teeth with Boland, having first burst on to the scene for the Blue Bulls in 2006.
