Shannon Rick

A talented scrumhalf with crisp service and a solid kicking game, Shannon Rick represented the Sharks at age-group level from 2007 - 2009 before he joined up with the Sharks Vodacom Cup side in 2010.

A stand-out performer for NMMU in the 2011 Varsity Cup, Rick's ability to snipe around the fringes and take the gap, caught the eye of Griquas who were quick to draft him into their Currie Cup squad.
