Mike Ledwidge

A product of Bishops Diocesan College in Cape Town, Ledwidge represented Western Province in the ABSA U19 Competition in 2006.

Ledwidge, who is a strong ball carrier, enjoys the role of 'enforcer' and relishes the physical exchanges. He had an outstanding year with UCT in their 2010 Varsity Cup campaign before joining up with Hamiltons for the 2011 season.

His performances for Hamiltons, and especially his leadership qualities, caught the eye of John Dobson who signed him for the WP Vodacom Cup team for the 2012 season.
