Jongi Nokwe

Jongi Nokwe

Renowned for his blistering pace and outstanding finishing ability, Jongi Nokwe scored a try on his international debut against Argentina on 9 August 2008.

In only his third international game, Nokwe became the first Springbok player to score four tries against the Wallabies in a test match in a 53-8 victory in Johannesburg. The following year, he was selected in the South Africa squad to play the British and Irish Lions - a series that the Springboks won 2-1.

After a short time out with injury, Nokwe is starting to regain the form that made him such a prolific try-scorer for the Cheetahs and the Springboks.
