Eloff moved to his current union Boland in 2010, and it wasn't long before his influence and tactical nous paid dividends - he was instrumental in helping them win the 2011 Currie Cup First Division.

His experience not only includes Vodacom Cup, Currie Cup, and Super Rugby, but he also coached South Africa at age-group level.

His list of accolades include - playing in 11 finals in 10 years; winning the Currie Cup First Division; winning the Vodacom Cup; and winning the IRB U19 World Championships (twice).
